Faggots, Burgers, Sausages are all made in the shop using the best ingredients, also Salt Beef, and Cured Ox Tongue. With Free Range Chickens from Devon, and some of his Beef,Pork & Lamb from a local slaughterhouse, Stuart strives to source the majority of his meat locally. Venison is also available and other seasonal Game.
With a Food Standards Agency rating of 5 all the hard work that had gone into making sure the Shop had been kitted out sufficiently, with wipe clean surfaces, and non slip flooring, and the HACCP file had been set up correctly he was more than happy with the outcome.
