> Where is Dorchester at Christmas?

> Is there parking nearby?
After 7pm parking in many of Dorchester's nearby car parks is free. Before 7pm there are usually small charges.

> I am disabled, how do I access the building?
There is a disabled entrace on the west side of the building, please let us know when arriving and we will create access for you. The building itself has no steps into rooms except on the first floor whereby a lift is available.

> Can I bring a pushchair to the event?
They are indeed permitted in the venue, however we are expecting a busy turnout so we recommend that they be left at home where possible.

> Can I bring my children to the event?
Of course! Children are welcome - this is a family event for all to enjoy. You can't leave them here at the end of the evening, though!

> Is there an age restriction at the event?
Whilst the site will be suitable for all ages, we ask that anyone under 12 be accompanied by a paying adult after 7pm for safety reasons.

> How much are the tickets?
If purchased before the event it is £5 per adult / person over 12, £2 for ages 5 - 12 and FREE for under 5s.

> Can I buy a ticket on the door?
Yes you can, providing they haven't sold out before the event begins, but we strongly advise pre-buying your ticket to avoid disappointment.

> I am accompanying somebody as a carer, do I have to purchase a ticket?
When accompanying somebody as a carer, your entry is free of charge

> When / how will I receive my ticket?
E-Tickets should be received in your inbox immediately after purchase (check your Spam folder too), physical tickets should arrive up to 7 days before the event.

> What if I do not receive my ticket in time?
Please contact us straight away so we can either re-send a ticket via email or we can ensure we're aware of the problem on the door.

> I am unable to attend the event, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund tickets unless the event is cancelled.

> What is there to do in Dorchester at Christmas?
We have a whole host of entertainment and activities going on throughout the evening - please check our website for the most up to date list. There are also many stalls for you to browse!

> Is there food and drink available in Dorchester at Christmas?
There is a fully licensed bar onsite and there will be food stalls too.

> Can I bring my dog to the event?
As Dorchester at Christmas is an indoor event unfortunately not, however guide dogs are welcome.

> How do I know if I have won a raffle prize?
We will draw the raffle after the event and contact all winners by their preferred contact method on the raffle ticket.

> Can I take photos and / or film at the event?
Photography and filming on site is allowed for personal use, for commercial or editorial photography / filming requests please contact us at info@dorchesteratchristmas.co.uk

> How is the event in support of charity?
All profits from this event are going to be equally split between Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital and the Kingfisher Ward at Dorset County Hospital.

> Environmental Responsibilities
We would love for the majority of our visitors to travel to Dorchester at Christmas on foot, bike or via public transport where possible, we will also be asking our traders and stall holders to recycle any materials possible during the event.
